I'm sorry to hear about this, I request you to disable AVG components (please right click on AVG icon from computer tray and disable AVG components or open AVG > menu > components > disable all the components) and try to install printer application. Please let us know if you able to install printer when AVG is disabled. We look forward for your reply.

thank you for your quick reply regarding my problem. i was able to install now my printer i thinks its a windows problem
when i install my printer the avg will block it and its says the publisher is not trusted. the administrator has blocked you from running this apps. what will i do with this its very annoying even installing printer i'm having a hard time installing it
