Cant install Web Tuneup

Hello Willard,
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the installation of AVG Web TuneUp. Please open the Google Chrome browser and click on settings, from there select "Extension" at the left hand side of the settings window in your browser. And check in "Extensions" if the AVG Web TuneUp was installed, if it is not installed, we suggest you to open control panel and uninstall AVG Web Tuneup program and reinstall the same after the computer reboots.

I get an error message when attempting to install AVG Tuneup Unlimited: "plugin not installed in web browser. Open browser (Google Chrome) and allow AVG Web Tuneup to install." I open Google Chrome and look for a way to do this and find no clues on this. Might need some online support.
