I can't load website (URL redacted) all I get is a white page.  When I turn off AVG it works.  I have added it to the exceptions list but still will not load.

AVG is up to date and site will not load.  I have submitted a false positive.

Thank you for the reply. Please check if the AVG program is up to date on your computer. If not, please update and check if the websites load correctly. If the issue persists, then we request you to submit false positive to AVG. Our developer team will analysis this website and if found genuine, it will be added to our global whitelist.

Thank you for replying back.As temporary workaround for this issue you can disable the webshield and use the website. Our developer team will analyse this website and if found genuine it will be added to whitelist.

Midhun, When I turn off the Web Shield under the Web & Email Panel the site loads just fine.

How do we make it a permanent fix?
