I can't load website (URL redacted) all I get is a white page. When I turn off AVG it works. I have added it to the exceptions list but still will not load.
AVG is up to date and site will not load. I have submitted a false positive.

Thank you for replying back.As temporary workaround for this issue you can disable the webshield and use the website. Our developer team will analyse this website and if found genuine it will be added to whitelist.

Midhun, When I turn off the Web Shield under the Web & Email Panel the site loads just fine.
How do we make it a permanent fix?
