Can't Log In Because I can't remember my Free version Password

Have you installed AVG Internet Security application?
Is the popup came on AVG application?

10 or more years ago I installed the free version of AVG…I just purchased an AVG plan…I can log into my account…but when I need to make changes on the AVG pop up window, it asks me to enter my password…I can enter the password of my AVG account and it tells me that this is the wrong password…I read that the pop up window is actually asking for my free version password…that was 10 years ago…I can't remember or I didn't have to enter create one…apparently this is keeping my new paid version from protecting my computer…I can turn them on, but immediately it will turn them off… Please help me.thank you
