Can't log in, how to find user name need to uninstall

I am sorry to hear this. Please provide the screenshot of the window that asks for the password.

My AVG keeps quitting at 96%.   When I try to uninstall it asks me to log in with user name and password.  I thought maybe my password was wrong so I created a new password.  It doesn't work. I can log on online but not the AVG on my computer to uninstall.  Maybe it's my user name.  Tried email but that doesn't work.  Help.
