Can't log in to app

No matter what I try I cannot log into my account via the desktop app to activate my subscription. I have reinstalled, changed password multiple times, nothing works!

Thanks for your speedy response. This is the error message I get when trying to log on to the desktop app. I am connected to the internet via ethernet. As stated above I have re-installed, cahnged passwords etc.
