Just purchased avg performance at thw walmart. Loaded cd, and entered activation code, created account and it ran 1 click maint. Now when I try to run avg zen, it asks for email and password but it will not log me in and says try later. What do I need to do?

Depending on your computer settings, you may be asked to provide an administrator password before you can continue.
A black box with a flashing cursor will open; this is the Command Prompt. Type “netsh winsock reset” and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the reset.
