May I know if it is on a Mac device or an Android device that you are trying to logon? If it is a Mac, AVG Cleaner is available for free and irrespective of logging in to the app, cleanup tasks can be performed.
If it is an Android device, please provide us with a screenshot of the exact error message if it generate any when you try to login.
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
I cannot get my account to open so i can clean up my system. Anyone having the same trouble? And how do I solve the problem?
