Cant log in to my subbed AVG VPN on my iphone

so i cant log in to my subbed AVG VPN on my iphone<br>have purchased vpn one year sub for 5 devices and i cant log in to my iphone with this
it shows big red exclamation mark with an information that my subscription is invalid, like theres no VPN sub, however i can log in to other avg apps no problem, just not the vpn one on iphone 

is there anything i can do to fix that 
my iphone 14 is on ios 17.4.1
