To check if AVG is blocking the access, we'd suggest you to temporarily disable AVG protection.
However, from your description, it seems to be an issue with the login credentials or browser issue. Please double check the credentials that you type or try accessing the site in a different browser.
I have just purchased AVG ultra and it wont allow me to log into my account with www.ladbrokes.com.au i have included in the inclusions area but when i try and log in is keeps saying log in details incorrect

HI Dinesh thanks for getting back id been using the site for years nothing has change with password etc only stopped after i down loaded AVG i have gone into inclusions and add the site ive tried turning all the avaliable areas off but still no go when i try and log in it says Invalid user credentials ladbrokes office can log in ok and my phone logs in ok ???
