Can't log into Windows

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. This issue is caused by outdated Logitech drivers and is  notconnected with AVG Software. Removing the USB wireless device and restarting your computer should allow access to Windows. Once logged in, it is necessary to update or remove the Logitech software.

When I try to start my computer it goes to a black screen then to a "watchdog initialization" script, then back to a black screen. I can't get into safe mode or anything.

I don't have anything hooked up to my laptop usb. Also, I don't think the computer uses logitech software. From what I've researched on my cell phone, the "watchdog" file is an AVG file is it not?
