We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know the exact AVG program you have installed on your Kindle and please let us know the  exact operating system on your Kindle?

I installed AVG and now I can't get online with my kindle.  It asks for a pass word for the internet and I typed in the only password that I made installing AVG and it won't work..  Please help..
