I am sorry to know that the activation is not working on iOS. AVG product is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
Due to changes in the App Store Review Guidelines, it is not possible to activate AVG subscriptions for iOS with an activation code in app version 2.0 and later. We recommend activating the app using your AVG Account (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=install-avg-internet-security&retUrl=support_Internet_Security).
Please check the activation with AVG account and let us know if it helped.

Hi,
ive just renewed my subscription to Ultimate. Now I cannot login to AVG app on IPad. I tried, login/istore/code, nothing worked. When trying login I get message, “active subscriptions weren’t downloaded”.
Also reinstalled the app, still didn’t help.
hope you know a solution.

I hope you've read my first message as well, where I tried to explain Ive already tried the sollutions you've send me. This doesnt work, therefor I contacten this helpdesk.

Thank you for your response. When I select the link to the website you suggest for activation, I only get information about Windows and Mac. Im having trouble with activating app on Ipad.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "IOS"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
