Can't login to avg mobilation since five days ago

Since last problem I had in June, I upgraded my subcription to Pro. However in the last few days when I log into avgmobilation to check my phones location, I get a screen saying There are no registered devices in my account.  Same thing on different computers, browsers etc.

Is there something wrong with the site? I hoped that by upgrading my suscription to a paid one, I would get better services and no interruptions in monitoring my devices. Will I get a refund for the days I get no service?

I can not log into avgmobilation to check my phones location. Since five days ago it became impossible to log in when I go to avgmobilation.com. It always comes back with "Wrong username or password". I have used the forgot password link and reset it. I can log into myaccount.avg.com and the password works but not for avgmobilation.com, even after resettīng the password. Same thing on different compters, browsers etc.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in all of the details and at the bottom you will get the option to get "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
