Please clarify whether you use AVG Secure VPN to connect to internet. 
Meanwhile, you can disable AVG protection temporarily to check if it is causing the issue.

I can't login to Chase.com using Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. This seems to be a common issue. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
