I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your AVG MyAccount from your phone. To best assist you with this, please get connected to our AVG Mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
I've brought myself a new phone a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and I wanted to still use AVG to keep my phone secure but for some reason it won't let me login it keeps saying "Unable to connect to Server. Please make sure you're connected to the internet" I've even try adding the phone to my list it keeps saying "incorrect invitation code. Check your invitation and try again" but I have check and double check the code and my internet connection
