Can't move the computer to hibernate or sleep mode

Hello,
Since I Installed AVG AV my computer behaves abnormally. I can't move it to hibernate or sleep mode. When I try to do this it shut down unexpectedly.
Help will be appreciated.

We are sorry to know that. To check if this issue is caused by AVG. We suggest you to disable AVG temporarily(http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG) and check if you are able to put your computer in sleep or hibernate mode.
