I cant open any browsers on Windows 10. If I turn off AVG the computer works fine.
Balasubramania from customer support, said to repair AVG in add or change programs. When I selected AVG to see if I could repair it, this message came up. Installation already in progress. Error code: 0xe001f921. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persists.
I suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.
Also, please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.
