Can't open AVG Tune Up

32 bit: http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x86.exe
64 bit: http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe

Once installed, restart the computer and check whether the PC tuneup is working.

I've bought AVG TuneUP (dec. 2016) I've already installed/re-installed (v. AVG_PCTuneUp_765) several times.  Even used AVG remover,  But still it doesn't work.  On the internet I can't find a solution.  Do you have one?
