Can't open Bank or Google Apps

Hello Sandy,

Let us check which AVG program included in Ultimate package is causing this issue.
Firstly, let us disable AVG Internet Security and check the status.
To disable it, refer this article.
If you have AVG Secure VPN installed, then turn it off and try to access the websites.
We could not find your Ultimate subscription under the account that you used for AVG community.
Hence, we have sent an email and asked you to provide the order reference.
Please revert to our email without changing the subject.

I just installed AVG Ultimate.  (Windows 10) I can't open my bank website and several of my Google Apps.  It gives me an error.  I get this error and I try to reload but it doesn't work.  I can get on everything on my Iphone or any other device that does not have AVG installed.  Is there a glitch in the Ultimate Package.  Not sure what to do except uninstall and ask for a refund. I have always used AVG in the past and never had any issues with the installation or use.  I'm quite frustrated!  Here is the error I get:
