Can't open documents

Hallo, can't open my documents on my Laptop.
It appears:
AVG SafePrice/Comparison, deals,coupons ist abgestürzt.Klicken Sie auf dieses Fenster, um die Erweiterung
Can't read more and Pressing the window,nothing happens. Who can help me please???

Do you mean when you try to open any documents you are getting a pop up from AVG Safe Price?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu->Settings->Components->Safe Price".

Click on the down arrow next to safe price and check if you are able to see an option to disable "AVG Safe Price" extension.
