Can't open my emails

Thank you for reaching AVG Support channel. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I understand that you are unable to open attachment in email after installing AVG Anti-track. We will check and help you to resolve it. 

Please provide the following information to help you better :

1. Are you using any email client or browser to access your email?
2. Have you tried to disable AVG Anti-track and check the status? If not, please turn off Anti-tracking section and check it.
3. Have you tried to open attachments in different browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, edge etc?
4. Confirm the version of operating system installed.

Hi , 
Since installing AVG Anti track , 
I can't open any of my emails. 
Help !! I need to be able to open some important documents. 
Do you think it might be a browser Issues . or is the Anti track  stopping me from accessing my emails ??
