Can't open settings, password incorrect

In your case, the password that is being requested by AVG is the one that you created within the options available in our AVG Internet Security/AVG Antivirus free program.
You might have created a new password for this feature which should be different from the one that you created for AVG MyAccount.
Hence, to remove this password feature, we have to follow a different method and request you to get connected with our additional support.

I have a paid AVG internet security account.
I cannot save my Excel or Word files. So I wanted to change the settings of ransomware.
But I cannot enter the Settings page. I have to enter my password, but it says, password incorrect.
I changed my password (and can login with it to AVG account) but it keeps saying, wrong password.

What should I do?
