Hi, I've been reading other posts here about not being able to open the user interface, but when I follow the instructions to go to my Control Panel and choose the AVG Internet Security app, there is no choice to Repair it. Just "change"… so I clicked on that and it just listed a bunch of stuff included in the app, but nothing to change or repair. So I am stuck.
When I click on the AVG Security app icon, or right click and say open, I get a brief blue spinning ball and then nothing happens. Help?!

There is no error message. I just click and it doesn't open.
