I have the new code but on clicking the icon , it doesn't open.

Are you referring to spinning blue circle on AVG Internet Security or home screen?
After installation, are you able to open the interface? If yes, please share us the screenshot of it.

It’s AVG Internet Security and my system is windows 10. I briefly get the spinning blue circle when I right click to open from the icon then it goes. I have a desktop layout on my laptop, not the swipe/ tiles type. When I first redownloaded I think there was a permissions page that came up or something like that. I clicked it off so that could be the problem.
I’m not able to open the interface on my home screen. Should I uninstall the program and reinstall? The program will expire on 11th Feb. Should I wait till then?
