Cant RDP or Ping

We do understand how difficult this is for you, we apologize. Kindly follow the below suggested steps to fix the issue.

Please open your AVG program-> AVG Internet Security-> Firewall, click on install now option, your firewall will get installed.

Then, disable your AVG program and check if you are able to access other devices using RDP. If so, kindly add that application to the exception lost as per this article: http://avgclick.me/AddException.

After installing AVG paid for version, (did not istall there firewall) I can no longer RDP or ping this computer,
