Can't re-add unlimited to Tablet

AVG unlimited for three computers since 2011. Previously added third platform (a tablet) a couple years ago. Now tablet gets pinged to "sign-up" as if never having been installed. Used to work?
I see from support docs that I should add device from management console. There is no such option from AVG console of either of my windows machines. 
So the question is…how can I reinstall/recover AVG to a Samsung Tablet.
Current license renews mid 2019
