Can't reach my Outlook 365 paid service

Did you check whether Outlook 365 application is put to sleep mode in AVG TuneUp program?
If yes, please wakeup outlook 365 and then check if it helps.
Also request you to repair your AVG Internet Security and restart you PC.

You can repair your AVG Internet Security by following steps,
1. Press your window key and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter"
2. Here you can see the list of installed applications in your PC.
3. Uninstall the conflicting antivirus (If found).
4. Uninstall the AVG Internet Security and click "Uninstall".
5. Now select repair and continue. 
6. Restart your PC.
Please try the above steps and let us know the status of the issue.

I have been only able to log into my paid business email once int he last few days, I rang the provider who installed it, it works ok there and on my iPad. Also in the last few days, I have a blank white screen pop up at random, and the only way to get rid of it it to right click AVG on the lower taskbar and close the window. Now, I can't open AVG to see if it has somehow closed access to my https://outlook.office.com/  I get the massage that I have mispelt the domain name and the following. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I have cleared caches… have done everything possible, histories are cleared… then yesterday it worked… but again, all gone again today.   Still can't open AVG to check for anything.  About to have my AVG subscription renewed, so wondering if this is a ploy?

Thank you for the information.
Please confirm whether you are able to access Outlook 365 when Email shield in AVG Internet Security is disabled.
Also could you please change AVG Secure VPN server location and check.

I have just done that, it is showing that AVG Internet Security was installed on the 10/09/2021  I have had it for years and the paid version for at least 4 years.  Ironically, that is when the problems started. AVG Secure VPN and AVG Tune Up a month before. I have no other antivirus, 
I will try the unistall repair process
