I have checked your previous contacts to AVG and found that our sales support team have pulled up your records with us and sent the license number to your registered email address. Please check your inbox or spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
OK- here's the short version-
Brought AVG antivirus in Septemeber 2013, which automatically renewed in Septeber 2014.
My computer crashed this week and wiped everything and I do not have my product key to reinstall.
Have spoken to AVG but they need the email address that I used when I first purhased but none of the email addresses that I have (some now defunkt) seem to be linked to any product.
I know I've paid for it as I can see it in my old Paypal transactions.
Don't know where to go from here ? Any help would be great.
