Cant remove an App called "AnyDesk" from my iMac. Keeps saying Open so Cant be removed

I have been scammed & cannot remove an App called "AnyDesk" I have removed one, but when I try to delete the other, Im informed it cannot be deleted because its OPEN!. My Bank's have been good & have refunded & are investigating. I'm at a loss as to how to remove it, I don't have the knowledge and dont want to make it worse. Any help will be much appreciated. This happened yesterday and the Fraudsters rang again today at approx 9a.m. trying to bully me into opening up the computer. I have blocked anyone changing anything (I hope!) Thanks
