I understand the inconvenience.
Please run AVG Clear tool followed by AVG removal tool as mentioned (here).
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
If you would like to install your AVG Antivirus program, follow the steps as mentioned (here).
