I have now deleted the file manually, I'm assuming it just a host privilage issue.
The full path detection is: Macintosh HD/private/var/db/uuidtext/0C

As full path of detection is not fully visible from UI very often, please right click on that detected file, choose copy to clipboard, paste there.
Also, share the version of AVG you have installed. To find out the version you can follow user manual, part 4.3. Menu in the task bar
