I've been trying to renew my AVG but it won't open the renew options and now just sends me to a page to buy it again and says it's expired. My key is valid and I've paid for another year and can't get any cover! When I log in to go to the support center it tells me i have no subscriptions and help is only available to paying customers. I've been a customer for years and have paid for something I can't get!
How can I get what Ive purchased or some contact with an actual person?
