We are currently aware of the issue preventing customers from logging into AVG MyAccount. Our developers are diligently working on it and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Can you share us the screenshot of the exact the issue?

I want to renew my subscription - after i entered the code it ask my information- I couldn't submit after finishing inputting the info.
