Can't resolve a detected threat

I regret for the inconvenience caused. May I know if you are experiencing this issue on AVG for Android or Windows or Mac? Could you provide a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the warning message? Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to upload the screenshot.

I have a message of "warning, issues detected".  When I click to resolve issue nothing happens.  It asks to rescan, resolve or ignore.  After clicking resolve nothing happens.  HELP
