Can't resolve performance issues

We're glad to clarify this for you.
From your description, it seems that the AVG program on your computer is unable to communicate with our server (through browser).
In this regard, you can either try repairing the AVG program once or disconnect the VPN service to check.
However, we'd like to clarify about the campaign notifications during the scan. 
Usually, AVG program provides pop up offers for other AVG programs, in order to personalize/improvise the existing app.
An user can either proceed to purchase through the prompt or ignore, depending on their preferences. 
If you prefer to fix the performance issues, then you may need to subscribe AVG TuneUp & activate it to fix them.
You can also ignore them by clicking on 'Skip for now' option, which is available at bottom right corner in the smart scan result.

Hi,
after Performance scan AntiVirus Free found some performance issues. I preferred "Resolve all" certainly. Unfortunately I got info "There was a problem loading this content. Please check your internet connection  and try again". But I have internet connection and this info appears each time I press "resolve all". Perhaps my VPN (I use VPN other provider) makes problems?
