Can't resolve threats detected

Can you please share the screenshot (http://https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) of the threat alert which you received from AVG program on Mac? So, we can check and resolve it.

Hi, I'm running AVG 19.9 on a Mac Catalina 10.15.7 and I ran a scan of my Time Machine backup and it found lots of malware like Win32:CrypterX-gen, or Win32:PWSX-gen, but when I try to click "Resolve selected" it just 'Protecting you…' but then still lists the threats with an option to 'retry' (which doesn't do anything).  Any suggestions on how I can remove the threats? Thanks!
