I agree with Josh, I am having the same problems, and now am thinking of using another anti virus program as its so much trouble to try to revert back and simply does not work. There are never any clear answers. The program says its free but when box opens has a buy it now, you need to purchase to use, I cant even scan with it no more. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same…
As title says.
Please, I need virus protection, but I don't want it blocked by a wall saying BUY NOW. I tried going to control panel and uninstalling, doesn't work, I get no popup asking to revert to AVG FREE. It only asks if I want to uninstall AVG FREE, no revert from trial.
