Can't Save Scanned File w/o Turning AVG Off

Hello Rodney,
I'm sorry to hear about this. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > components > Ransomware > customize > allow/block > look for the application if it's blocked, if yes then please allow the blocked application and check if you can save the file with enabled AVG Internet Security.

I accidently clicked on something that popped up and AVG now keeps me from saving anything I scan to a file. I can't figure out how to undo whatever I did. If I shut AVG off I can save a file like I always did
