Can't see device in my.avg.com

My wife and I have 8 Android devices between us (various reasons for this). I have loaded AVG Ultimate on all the devices, linked them all to my AVG account, and activated the anti-theft function, but can only see 7 devices on my.avg.com

The missing device is a a SM-T835 running on Android 8.1.0
