Can't see my licens on my account

We are glad to look into this and help you.
We would like to inform you that AVG products purchased from a reseller store cannot be viewed under AVG My Account and only AVG online purchased products can be seen.
May I know in which device you are unable to use anti-theft protection?

i have bought i avg licens on e-bay .
but i can't get it on my avg account. 
Thats a problem because it my telephone is stolen i can't use anti-thief protection. 
what should i do.
