I downloaded the Free AVG protection and then decided to purchase the AVG TuneUp Unlimited subscription. Where the instructions describe a "Connect" button would be available in the sign-on section of My Account - there is none and I can't get to the Tune-up section of the subscription. The instructions also say that I shouldn't need to download any additional material or files for my subscription as they would be automatically downloaded with my notification message. No such luck - I've acknowledged receipt of my account, and no further response.
