Can't send the registration to avg

I will send the registration to AVG and that doesn't work. Failure by sending, can't send the registration.

Sending with an encrypted connection fails and sending with an unencrypted connection fails. I switched of the firewall and nothing changed. I cant't registrat mxy product.
