Can't sign into final window when I'm into the scan; it spins

To ensure this, share us the screenshot of the prompt that requires password, for better clarity.

when in final stage of scan of computer, the system asks for my password. I changed password it 
continues to do the same thing.  It spins as well:   anyone???
