Why cant I cancel auto-renewal for 2 years now, just a run around
The new owners don’t want users to cancel their subscriptions. They’ve done away with all the services and contact information. The only way to successfully get rid of the subscription is to change the billing method to something that’s not valid and they will eventually cancel the subscrition on their side.
