Can't uninstall AVG due to Error code: 0xC0070643 Description: Event exec_finished

I have the same problem, I have tried the tool it starts a DOS window seems to be working and the stops. I have tried to remove AVG as I tried to put on another family computer after sending an invite it loaded for about 90% then said sorry and sugested I tried again, or contacted AVG with error code 0xe0070643, I tried several times and then gave up only to find I cannot uninstall it, it is very frustrating.

To uninstall AVG completely from your pc, we request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc. It will remove all the traces of it.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
