Can't Uninstall AVG From My PC

Please let us know the operating system installed on your computer & the exact AVG program (name) that is installed. Also, share us the screenshot of the page that you receive while opening browser for better clarity.

I recently factory reset my PC, and now whenever I open any browser I get defaulted to AVG. I've tried to uninstall using various methods, to include the control panel. Add/Uninstall Programs as well as AVG Removal Tool. Neither of which have worked.
