Please accept our sincere and unreserved apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you. You can uninstall AVG Web Tuneup from control panel once you removed that, please follow the below steps.
Go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders.
1. Type “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2. “%temp%” and remove all the files.
3. %appdata% - Remove all the AVG folders.
4. %programdata% - Open the AVG folder and remove the old files.
Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete the AVG files. After that please restart your computer and check it.

I followed EVERY SINGLE INSTRUCTION provided by your website (and many other third-party sources!!!) and was unable to uninstall your AVG Web TuneUp. I then proceeded to call your Phone Technical Support line for assistance because YOUR SITE DIRECTED ME TO! They were unable to assist, and directed me here to request further assistance. PLEASE GIVE ME WHATEVER INFORMATION I NEED TO GET THIS OFF MY COMPUTER! This is ridiculous, and I've never encountered worse product misrepresentation, even on late night infomercials! This is a scam and I will be telling everyone I know not to install this product, as it is clearly not what it is represented as. AVG used to be a brand that could be trusted, but obviously it no longer is if this is the way you design your products.
