Can't uninstall AVG

I am unable to uninstall AVG.

I have tried add/remove programs.

I have tried the AVG Removal Tool.

I have tried the AVG Clean tools.

Hi Allen i had the same issue i resolved it by downloading the full size (295 Mb) application from this link AVG AntiVirus FREE | AVG installation files

After running both in safe mode for 3-4 times I think it's finally gone. Thanks!
