Can't uninstall AVG

We will certainly help you to get this issue resolved.

We request you to refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product) to use AVG clear and remover tool to uninstall AVG program and its traces.

Please run AVG remover first, followed by AVG clear.

If you still get the error message while running the application, reboot the PC in safe mode and launch the AVG clear and remover programs there to remove the AVG applications and its traces.

I am trying to uninstall AVG from a Windows 10 Notebook.  I have downloaded the AVG_Clear and it doesn't complete. 
Error Message: "The stub cannot run installer/updater/updater executable …  Code 0x10b

Can anyone assist?
